来年からは、仕事で、よくあることかもしれない。
すべての仕事には１日くらい余裕をもたせたほうがいい。
面白い仕事は、多様な特技を持った者同士、多様な特技を持った会社同士、他行政・ベンチャー・NPO・個人など多様な外部と面白い相乗効果が、どっかん、どっかん、起こりまくってこそいい仕事ができる。そのときに、例え自分たちが完璧に仕事をやっても、外部でミスが起こることもある。それを致命的なミスにするか、カバーできるかは、本当に重要なことなんだろう。
昨日の夜中に、たかき（※たかきは、去年の夏に、野球の仕事で一緒に考え、実行してきた仲間で、とっても優秀）から電話があった。大きなミスが起きたことを、知った。しかも外部に。えー、ありえないー、と、思わず叫び、気が抜けた。瞬間的にyahooのトップにも出てしまってたね。
これまで、タイムラインのプランニングは、やらせてもらっていた。タイトだが、完璧なスケジューリングができた、と思っていた。だからこそ、それが崩れると思うと、とてもショックだった。瞬間的には、憤りを感じた。いままでやってきたことが全て無駄になるような気がした。
今回の一件で学んだことは、今後活かしていきたいと思う。
改めて、タイトなスケジュールを組んでいたことに反省をした。なんでも、チームでやる仕事って、サッカーやラグビーでパスを繋いでいくイメージなんだけど、それが１日の余裕もない状態だった。
いやぁ、勉強になっているなぁ。マジで。
ちゃんとお返し出来るだろうか？汗
